‘Marvel’s’ ‘Wolverine’ and ‘Marvels: The First Avenger’ are back in cinemas this summer

Marvel Studios’ first cinematic adventure film, ‘Wolve’, has been given the go-ahead to hit cinemas in August 2019.

Director Joss Whedon’s follow-up to ‘Warden of the Womb’ has also been granted a release date.

It is the second film in the Marvel Studios franchise to have been granted an official release date for 2020, after ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe: Avengers Assemble’.

Wolverines: The Avengers was directed by Joss, who directed ‘Wolves’ and the ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ sequel.

It is the first Marvel Studios feature to be released in cinemases since ‘Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel’.

Wolves will open in UK cinemas on August 1, 2019, with the film also opening in cinemasses in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.
